Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change. However, in order to provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have the following cancellation and deposit policy: Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service to accommodate other clients. Late arrivals may also result in a forfeiture of the deposit. No-Show: In the event of a no-show (failure to show up without prior notice), the full service amount will be charged, and the deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as these policies help us continue to provide high-quality service to all of our clients.
